Many will find some of the information on this subject controversial (whether you are Church members or not), and you can feel free to send your comments via the email link at the bottom of this page. Even among those who believe in Creation by a Creator there are divergent views. All of the links listed will reflect the view of the author and not meant to reflect the views of any organization, religious or secular. I believe in the literal interpretation of the Bible, but I do not believe that the Bible teaches that the Universe, and all within it, were created in six days and six nights. I believe that there is an indeterminate amount of time between Genesis 1:1 and the earth becoming a place of desolation and ruin covered by water as mentioned in Genesis 1:2. Those who believe in the Creation taking six days and six nights call this belief "The Gap Theory." I call their belief the "Six Day and Six Night" theory." One of the leading proponents of a Creation in six days and six nights is Ken Ham, and he says people who believe in the "Gap Theory" are trying to account for the geological time proposed by the scientists, in other words, they are trying to make the Bible agree with science instead of the Truth of God. I disagree with Mr. Ham, as I believe in the "Gap Fact" because that is what I believe the Bible teaches. Those who believe in the "Six Day and Six Night" theory bypass an important event mentioned in the Bible regarding Lucifer---cherub of the highest order, who was at the very throne of God. Later this Lucifer sinned and rebelled against God and became Satan. Evolutionists and these "young earth Creationists" both have it wrong, and I hope that through this website many of those questions can be answered. Downloads: These files can get pretty large, so I have created HTML files which are much smaller. I will include PDF files when they are under 1MB in size. If you desire the original MS WORD file or PDF file to download then you will need to contact me via the email link below. To download the file you can "right-click" the file and then choose "Save Target As" from the menu. Your browser may use different wording, but you should be able to determine what is comparable. You can also open the article in the offered format and save it to disk. Printing: At this time I do not recommend that you print the HTML files as graphics may be split over two pages. I hope to rectify this soon, but until this message disappears I recommend printing ony from the PDF files. Not all of the PDF files are shown because of their size but I do have them. Therefore, if you desire to print one or more of the articles, you will need to let me know which ones via the email link below. I will then upload the PDF file(s) for you to download or print from, but I will only leave them up for a certain period of time; so it will be your responsibility to follow through in a timely manner.
